Eligibility criteria

• Pass in GCE (A/L) Examination
• Distinction in English and Mathematics in GCE (O/L) in one siting
• Age below 24 years as on the 5^th of july 2015

Or

• A degree from a recognized university in sri lanka and
• “A” or “B” in either English or Mathematics or “B” in both subjects in GCE O/L
• Age below 28 years as on the 5^th of july 2015
